Meet Yuval Kolbar, "Yuvi" for short, the woman whose love for baking began at the young age of 12 and has since developed into Yuvi's Bake Shop.
Experimenting with recipes and adding her own unique twist became her passion, and soon her family and friends were devouring her creations.
In January 2021, she realized her dream of opening her own Omaha bakery, offering mouth-watering desserts and baked goods. As one of the top bakeries in Omaha, Yuvi's creativity and skill are evident in every treat.

Her passion for baking and learning extends beyond Omaha. Her love for traveling and exploring new cultures has inspired her to incorporate global flavors and baking techniques into her craft.
Yuvi has added a variety of European influences to her selection, all made with the same sense of flavor, craftsmanship and quality that Yuvi's Bake Shop is known for. Yuvi crafts gourmet experiences for everyone in Omaha to try a bite of dessert from all over the world.
